Doors Open Days
Traditionally in late spring – early summer the TopProm enterprises hold Doors Open days for the employees’ children. This year 58 kids have visited the Koksovaya washplant with a fam tour so far.
The aim of such fam tours of enterprises is career guidance of the younger generation , promotion of mining profession and extending family dynasties among the personnel at the TopProm enterprises.
The year the Koksovaya washplant was visited by the employees’ children and the students of Lyceum No. 111 (the principal: Mrs. Marina Polyushko). The washplant’s management took the visit seriously – the opening speech made by the director Konstantin Pudovkin was followed by a safety announcement. After that the kids reviewed the monitoring department’s operation, the core production process, watched coal loading. There were a lot of questions and impressions, which the kids could share at a tea-party after the tour.
