On Dec 21, over 20 senior students from Sidorovo village had a tour of the Shchedrukhinskaya washplant as part of the vocational guidance program.
The tour was supported by the Novokuznetsk district administration.
“It’s good to see that the guys are truly interested in the production process. They ask questions about the washing technology, working conditions etc. They seem to be surprised by the scale of operation and high process efficiency. This is an invested audience, I was happy to give them this tour. Many of these guys are choosing careers now, and we are glad to help”, said the deputy chief engineer at the Shchedrukhinskaya washplant, Andrey Zadvinsky.
The students were taken to see the workshops – they learned about the operation of the spirals, cyclones and screens. “The coal washing skills are in demand. The fluctuation of the washplant ‘s personnel is very low now. This is a result of professional approach to teambuilding – comfort of working space, remuneration, vicinity to home”, as Andrey added.
