Coal allowance
In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 20.06.1996 No.81-FZ "State Regulation of coal mining and coal utilization and the particularities of social security for the employees of coal enterprises", all the employees of the Shchedrukhinskaya Plant who live in coal-heated houses are provided with coal free-of-charge.
