A new technological circuit for discard haulage and discharge was designed at the Shchedrukhinskaya Coal Preparation Plant. The project provides for the construction of a conveyor gallery and a discard hopper, which will allow to minimize the engagement of handling equipment. Instead of the existent open 800 mm belt conveyor gantry and ground stockpiling, it is planned to construct a heated gallery 60m long with a 1000mm belt conveyor, as well as two discard hoppers with a capacity of 250 tons each.
