Taibinskaya gets new equipment
On January 15th in the course of technical upgrading the Taibinskaya Plant put into operation a crushing & handling unit KDP-300.
KDP-300 consists of a transfer bin (BP-15), a roll crusher and a belt conveyor. Raw coal is loaded into the bin and from there is evenly delivered to the crushing rolls. Once crushed it goes through the conveyor belt to collecting bins. The capacity of the unit is 300 tons of coal per hour.
According to Alexander Kryutchkov, the processing facility manager at the Taibinskaya Plant, KDP-300 secures an even loading of coal into the collecting bins, shortens loading related downtimes and increases the volume of coal processing.
KDP-300 was manufactured by TSEKH METALLICHESKIKH IZDELIY LLC (Prokopyevsk) and installed at the Plant in December 2014.
