We have decided to give a brief view of the milestones of our veterans’ lives in the pre-anniversary news reports.

Danilov, Moisey Mitrofanovich

Moisey Mitrofanovich was born on March 8th 1926 in the village of Ishparsovo of the Sterlitamaksky region, the Republic of Bashkortostan.

1941-1943 – while studying at school was working at a collective farm.

1943 – was called up to military service, was trained as a sniper for 6 months.

1944 – in May was sent to the line in a rifle division. Participated in operations the Baltic States (the 1st Guards Rifle Corps), after that was transferred to the 51st Army, a part of the 1st Baltic Front.

1944 – in June suffered a leg wound, fortunately, a light one. Spent 21 days in a hospital and then rejoined the army.  

1944 – on November 23rd in the course of reconnaissance-in-force operations suffered a harsh wound in the left arm, spent 4.5 months in a hospital. In April 1945 was dismissed from the army as a war disabled veteran.

May 5th 1956 – September 10th 1986 – was working at the Taibinskaya plant. Rose from the ranks of a coal loader to the loading area supervisor. 1959-1963 – was a plant committee chairman.

Ivanov, Vladimir Fyodorovich

Vladimir Fyodorovich was born on December 25th 1926 in the town of Lodeynoye Pole, Leningrad region.

1940 – went to a railway college. In 1941, when the war erupted, was among evacuees.

1943 - was called up to military service as a infantry soldier. After the end of the war lived and worked in the city of Karaganda, later moved to the city of Lida in Belarus. 

1957 – came to the city of Kiselyovsk, in November started to work at the Taibinskaya plant as as a technician. Retired on the 19th of August 1986.
