TopProm professionals club
The first meeting of the newly created TopProm professionals club was held on the 24th of April at the Shchedrukhinskaya CPP. The club participants are the executives of all the Holding enterprises. They are to meet at one of the enterprises once a quarter and discuss topical issues, set new tasks and share their achievements.
The initiator of the professionals club creation is Svetlana Tsarionova – the director of the Personnel Department in TopProm CJSC. At the first meeting the heads of the enterprises made presentations, which reflected the current situation and the near-term outlooks, heard reports on new technologies. Konstantin Pudovkin, the head of the Coal Washing Department, was elected president of the club. In the end of the meeting there was organized a tour of facility for everyone interested. The next meeting will be held in advance of Miner’s Day at the Yubileynaya mine.
