The management team of TopProm Holding decided to initiate, starting April 2012, two competitions – Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year – among the blue-collar workers of the Shchedrukhinskaya plant.
These contests will be held with a view:
- to increase employees’ professional skills,
- to improve labor management,
- to enhance prestige of blue-collar jobs,
- and to boost the employees’ loyalty towards the company.
A committee for selection of the contest winners was appointed. The commitee will consider an employee’s work results, discipline at work and compliance with safety regulations. The Employee of the Month will be rewarded on a monthly basis and the Employee of the Year Award will coincide with the Miner’s Day.
