Siberian Eco Forum 2017
The Siberian Eco Forum 2017 opened on October 24th in Novokuznetsk. Its main goal is to promote advanced environmental protection equipment and resource-saving technologies, which help develop environmentally friendly and safer production, and improve living standards of the population.
As a part of the forum the Kuznetsk Alatau Nature reserve organized a photo exhibition “Taking the Path of Kuznetsk Alatau”. TopProm Holding became the general main partner of the project. A while back the reserve was created in order to preserve the unique mountains of Kuznetsk Alatau amid massive geological exploration and timber processing. The new photo exhibition is also dedicated to the Year of especially protected natural territories. According to representatives of the reserve, the exhibition will allow to handle a number of educational and outreach tasks. The visitors will have a chance to get acquainted with species of the plants and animals, to which Kuznetsk Alatau is home. Besides, the photos carry us over to the world of beauty and kindness, making our respect and love to the native land stronger – and this is vital for our younger generation.
At the end of the Siberian Eco Forum, TopProm, JSC and Shchedrukhinskaya CPP, LLC received awards from the Novokuznetsk City Administration for their significant contribution in preserving natural resources and ensuring ecological wellbeing of our citizens.
