Mine hosts Professionals Club
22 Apr 2016 the Yubileynaya mine hosted the 6th session of the TopProm Professionals Club.
The General Director Andrey Borshchevich traditionally summed up the results of the Holding enterprises’ performance (2015 & Q1 2016). What he highlighted in his speech was the product quality issue. All the enterprises have performed better than planned, however, today the market dictates even more strict requirements to the product quality, and that has to be reckoned with in the production process, continuing work on performance improvement.
The Club President - Konstantin Pudovkin, the Director of the Koksovaya washplant – draw the colleagues’ attention to downtime control.
Not less important was the report by the host party - the Yubileynaya mine’s director Evgeny Patchkovsky - on the work done after the mine’s restart.
Maksim Kazakov, the mechanical engineer of the main shop in the Koksovaya washplant, shared the experience of how to change a radial thickener’s actuator. The Chief Engineer of the Shchedrukhinskaya washplant Dmitry Kolmagorov updated the implementation of the investment program 2014-2015, and, besides, came up with some proposals on further development of the washplant.
Traditionally based on results of the quarter performance the best shopfloors of the washplants were granted challenge cups.
