On August 27, the city concert hall hosted a ball in honor of the Miner’s Day and the 15^th anniversary of TopProm Holding.

The event began with the legend of the Holding’s creation when enterprises and people connected into the TopProm “constellation”. The hall lighting, splash screen and luscious music made the atmosphere at the event truly “stellar”. The creation legend was followed by a film about the history of TopProm in which the main characters were the people who took part in the establishment of the company, the construction of the Shchedrukhinskaya washplant and the long-standing employees of the Koksovaya and Taibinskaya washplants and the Yubileynaya mine.

The Board Chairman and the General Director of TopProm Nikolay Korolev and Andrey Borshchevich congratulated the audience. Traditionally, the main program unit was the awarding ceremony. Total of 36 TopProm employees were awarded.

The most exciting moments of the event were awarding the challenge cups to the plant shops which won the professional skill contest and selecting the Best Enterprise of the year 2014 and the first half of 2015. Based on achieving production goals, implementation of investments with maximum economic benefit, reducing service costs, optimizing production processes and management system the Taibinskaya washplant was recognized the Best Enterprise of TopProm Holding. The Director of the washplant Alexander Churinov was awarded the Cup and a 500 thousand Rubles certificate for rehabilitation of his employees.

Aleksey Yermolaev, the head of the Zavodskoy District of Novokuznetsk, attended the event as the guest of honor. He gave a speech to the audience and finalized the ceremony with the regional awards presentation.

During breaks the audience enjoyed performances of music bands and dancing groups. The final chords of the event were b a stunning flashmob with glowing lanterns and a big TopProm’s birthday cake.
