The TopProm Holding's corporate social policy stipulates compliance with all the standards and regulations of the Russian Federation Labor Code. Aiming for sustainable development, we are concerned about well-being, decent working conditions and proper rest of each employee.

Today TopProm Holding employs over 2,600 people

Being one of the major employers and taxpayers in Kemerovo region, TopProm Holding contributes social welfare programs and thus helps employees and their families maintain high living standard.

The Holding provides home-to-work shuttle service to the employees, and their children have an opportunity to take health resort treatment at the company's charge.

Remuneration

Remuneration of the TopProm employees is level with the industry average, it consists of a guaranteed fixed part and a bonus, a rate of which is determined by an employee performance and certain job peculiarities.
