The Shchedrukhinskaya washplant (part of TopProm) has proven its status as the Kuzbass safety leader, as it's shown on the website of the Ministry of Labor.

The enterprise rating is generated based on various evaluation criteria. More specifically, the following conditions are taken into account:

– no violations of the state regulations for occupational safety, industrial hygiene and rules for safe work practices at least for 2 years;
– no workplace accidents and occupational diseases at least for 2 years;
– timely payment of wages for at least 2 years;
– no initiation of bankruptcy by court judgements.
