The Yubileynaya mine has a glorious history. In the 80s, there were three Heroes of Socialist Labor working here. Today, the younger generation successfully carries on the traditions established by the veterans of the coal industry.

Vladimir Chestneyshin, who congratulated the miners on the anniversary, believes that 55 years is the age to recap past successes and estimate future perspectives. In the today’s climate, the perspectives might be questionable, however, in the course of the mine's history, its team proved that they are able to tackle any operational challenges.

– Before 2013 Yubileynaya had had its ups and downs, but then the coal assets of the mine were acquired by TopProm, and a new chapter has begun: it's like a second birth, - says Konstantin Zelentsov, the Director of the Yubileynaya mine. – Today we are able to fulfil the most ambitious projects.

On the occasion, 16 employees of the mine received awards from the state authorities, city and TopProm.
